Calvary Christian Academy (CCA) offers instruction for students in Preschool through twelfth grade. Classroom teaching at Calvary integrates California State Content Areas in accelerated units of study which encourage depth and complexity of thought. Mathematics, writer’s workshops, literature, social studies and science are all integral to the student’s academic experience. The school also offers art, theatre, music and Spanish to its students.

Instead of teaching content standards as discrete and disconnected, the teachers encourage cross-curricular teaching, using overarching universal concepts to connect multiple disciplines and inspire every type of learner. Students are encouraged to make meaningful connections personally and to the world while they are developing strong academic skills and deep comprehension.

At the high school level the classroom standard upheld at CCA meets the established entrance requirements set forth by the University of California Regents – a high standard that is the universal guide for highly competitive college entrance. The college preparatory curriculum provides instruction from a distinctly Christian viewpoint.
